NEW LIFE-LIMITED PARTS (LLP) OPTION

Option to exchange LLP parts with new parts at additional cost when impellers have less than 10,000 cycles and discs and covers have less than 7,500 cycles, or less if sufficient to meet customer’s typical mission.

  • + $30,600 per impeller
  • + $4,000 interstage air seal
  • + $8,300 per cover
  • + $17,300 per HP, LP disc
  • + $17,800 per PT disc

ELIGIBILITY REQUIREMENTS

  • Offer is available to PW100 engine owners/operators only.
  • Owner / Operator must request or purchase the parts capped cost overhaul pricing prior to or at the engine induction. Otherwise, additional charges may apply.
  • The engine must have been operated in accordance with P&WC-approved documentation and authorities’ instructions for continued airworthiness and removed for scheduled reasons and not for a significant BUR.
  • Labor, accessories, shipping, packaging, bulk and non P&WC parts, test cell fees are quoted separately by your preferred P&WC designated service provider.
  • To be eligible for this program, engines with single HP vanes must be upgraded to triple vanes. The cost of triple vanes is $36,000 USD per unit.

ELIGIBILITY REQUIREMENTS

  • This offer is only available to Owners/Operators of applicable engines.
  • Engine was operated in accordance with P&WC approved recommendations and with P&WC’s instructions for continued airworthiness. The engine has also been removed for scheduled reasons and not for a BUR/UR. (IE: overtemps, overtorques, etc.)
  • No extra charges for typical corrosion / sulphidation / non-genuine P&WC parts.
  • This program does not allow for the installation of non-genuine P&WC parts and all repairs must be completed in accordance with approved P&WC instructions for continued airworthiness
