More than a dozen Field Service Representatives are strategically located throughout the world – including Canada, USA, the Netherlands, Singapore and Australia – to facilitate rapid response time in order to attend to customer events. All of our American reps are FAA certified, while our Canadian reps are Transport Canada and EASA certified, and also are enrolled in an FAA-certified random drug and alcohol testing program.
